Because Hermie is cheap and wrote a muggle magical love triangle that’s also annoyingly like Twilight.
First up is Victor. He’s technically the one dating Michmethah. Presumably she likes him if she agreed to this? Then again it’s Michmethah and she doesn’t argue about much.
Name: Victor Owen Martin. Who I. Only gave a middle name to yesterday. Despite having had this character or a version of him for years now.
Age/DOB: 17/December 22nd, 1991 (Again, the story takes place in 2009)
Occupation: High school senior, unemployed, member of the football team
Race: African American
Species: Human
Powers/Abilities: Nada. He’s about as muggle as it’s possible to be. And is fully aware of this.
Orientation: Straight. (Though to quote a story bit that may get edited out later, “Dunno. You just seemed too…straight?” Phil answered with a shrug. “And I mean that in the straight edge way, not the other way. Although you’re that too. Except with Nick.” Make of it what you will.)
Relationship Status: Besides various ex girlfriends that aren’t important, he’s currently dating Michmethah Hyde.
Family: Casey and Tanner Martin (parents), Tina Martin (extraordinarily annoying younger sister). His mom’s a cop, his dad’s a member of the house of representatives. Oops he’s loaded.
Likes: hanging out with friends, videogames, football, other sports
Dislikes: his sister nagging him, having to give his sister rides in his car, his normalcy
Personality: He’s really just a nice guy, if not a bit on the overprotective side.
General Appearance Notes: Tall. A bit on the muscular side. Mostly wears red, although will also wear the school colors of green and gray. Dresses pretty casually.
(Seriously though Victor is the normal, human, mentally sane person of the group. And thus he’s almost boring. How do I personality how do I anything with this guy.)
Then there’s this douchebag. Nick no. You’re the reason this is a love triangle. You had to go liking the girl that’s dating your BFF. That’s a total violation of bro code. Even though you’re not making moves on her at all and you haven’t told anybody you like her. IT IS STILL A VIOLATION OF THE CODE.

Species: Human. I don’t remember if I was classifying psychic abilities as a different species or not…
Powers/Abilities: Can see ghosts (and when I mean see I mean limited to sight only), and can also control them a little. Kind of. That one’s a bit more complicated plot shit.
Orientation: Straight. (Again, it’s me. This means little.)

Family: Davy and Pam Creech (parents), Lily Creech (younger sister), Elle Creech (aunt on dad’s side), Jake Creech (cousin on dad’s side), various other cousins on dad’s side, grandparents, and another aunt. I mention Jake and Elle because they, along with Nick’s immediate family, are special.
Likes: The internet, Mountain Dew, Star Trek, English class, being sarcastic, stuff from the 90s
Dislikes: Being around too many people, ghosts *invisible friends aside*, his crappy luck
Personality: Comes off as cold and sarcastic (if not a bit rude) at first. If he warms up to you though he’ll risk life and death
General Appearance Notes: Twiggy. Pale. Stupidly messy hair. Typically has bags under eyes because sleep is for the weak. Favors darker colors.
